Blondes in Klaas Voogds

Local people in the Robertson Wine Valley are a bit backwards and that has undoubtfully its charm. But these locals are not so backwards that they are not aware yet of the so called ‘blonde jokes’.

About backwards -between the lines-: the other day a cosmopolitan orientated marketeer made a nice comparison: “If one has to grade ‘backwards’ the other way around on a scale from 0 to 10; Amsterdam is 10 andĀ Robertson is 0″.

“And Cape Town?” we asked. “2 To 3″, he said……….

But back(wards) to the blondes. There are quite a few blondes around; some of them dyed their hair and think they are smart since than. According to Google (for those blondes: that’s an Internet search engine) there are more than 1.3-million Internet sites with jokes about blondes.

Here a little contribution from Klaas Voogds (it could be true by the way):

Two local blondes watching the sky in the late evening and one blonde says to the other, “Which do you think is farther away……….Cape Town or the moon?” The other blonde turns and says “Helloooooooooo, can you see Cape town…?????”

South African narcotics

Three ‘great’ South African narcotics: alcohol, shotgunsĀ and Christianity.

(free after Nietzsche)

This is not really ‘funny’. In our world we’ve banned the first two and hypocraty is also not in our personal dictionary.
